It has come to light that two of the chained seats in the Coveney play area have been broken free from the ground anchorage. The two outside ones from the row of four. It is also likely that this was deliberate. Plans are underway to repair them at a cost to the Parish of approx £1200 but please be aware they are no longer fixed to the ground. Unfortunately, if it happens again they will be removed due to the cost of repair, which has to be done professionally to satisfy our insurers.
