In the summer of 2024, volunteers supported by Coveney Parish Council and East Cambridgeshire District Council planted ten English oaks throughout Coveney, Wardy Hill and Way Head to commemorate the coronation of King Charles III on 6th May 2023.
Each of the oaks has been planted close to a public right of way with the intention that anyone can view them at any time. We hope they will be a source of pride, joy and enduring interest to the community for many generations to come.
