Welcome to the Friends of Coveney, a volunteer group supported by Coveney Parish Council. The group has been set up to enable residents to give their time in support of their local area and to put them in touch with organisations and projects needing support. Volunteers can choose where and when to get involved; there’s no need to make a regular commitment.
Projects undertaken by the Friends include litter picking, bulb planting in John’s Wood, tree planting and maintenance at the community orchard, surveying and waymarking the parish’s public rights of way and new planting at Coveney Village Green.
